On 17-Jun-2023, a pet owner contacted Elanco regarding a possible adverse reaction to Advantage II Large Cat (Imidacloprid, Pyriproxyfen) in a cat. On 01-Jun-2023 the cat was given an injection of frunevetmab. On 16-Jun-2023 the pet owner applied the Advantage II to the cat.

On 17-Jun-2023, the 13 year old, approximately 6.8kg, neutered, female, Domestic Mediumhair cat with a history of arthritis vomited food one time and then continued to vomit bile. On 18-Jun-2023 the cat recovered without treatment.
