4/24/2023 Caller's 2 dogs have been sick for the last several weeks and she is wondering if their symptoms are related to exposure to a lawn product that was applied at least 3-4 weeks ago. One of the dogs is losing is loosing weight, not eating, has vomited several times, is lethargic, moving slowly, and is not drinking. The other dog is having similar signs, although he is eating a bit. He does not have the mobility issues the first dog does. Caller did not specify whether he is drinking as normal or not. Prior to product application, the dogs saw their veterinarian on February 16th, 2023 at which time the first dog was prescribed Antirobe 75 milligrams and Duramax 25 milligrams for coughing and mobility issues the owner was noticing. The second dog was prescribed Sucralfate, Omeprazole, and Metronidazole for vomiting issues at that visit. The owner took the dogs to their veterinarian again on April 20th, 2023. They were weighed and the owner talked to the veterinarian about their weight loss. No examination was performed and no diagnostic tests were run. The second dog was not prescribed anything, while the first dog was sent home on another course of Antirobe 75 milligrams as well as Duramax 25 milligrams. No further information is available.
