On 18-Oct-2019, one tube of Zodiac Powerspot with Smart Shield Flea and Tick Control for Dogs greater than 14 kg was applied via the topical route to the 5.9 kg dog by the animal owner. The dog had previously been treated with an unknown quantity of Zodiac Shampoo at an unknown time earlier in 2019 via the topical route by the animal owner. Approximately 1.5 hours after application of the Zodiac Powerspot with Smart Shield Flea and Tick Control for Dogs greater than 14 kg the dog was noted by the animal owner to be sneezing more than normal. Bathing the product off with a liquid dish soap was discussed with the animal owner. No veterinary care was sought and no treatments performed.
