3/1/2019 Caller is a pest control operator that applied diluted product inside a customer's home on 2/25/2019. The family was not home during application. They stayed at a hotel, and re-entered the home the next afternoon. The patient complained of a rash on her legs. Caller is unsure when the rash started or if it is continuing. The patient saw a doctor for the rash, and it is unknown if any treatments were performed. Caller does not believe the patient had any direct exposure to the product.
