B - Possible
Reported itching is not expected to be generalised but rather be linked to the application site. However, may be a consequence of the uncomfortable feeling caused by the applied product. Scooting is not expected after product application and may have numerous other causes. Moreover, the same reactions were reported after subsequent product application as well. Considering consistent time to onset for signs occurring after each product application, a product connection is deemed to be possible.
