1-53598118 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicates an exposure to an insecticidal spray containing the active ingredients tetrachlorvinphos and (S)-methoprene. Five days before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter applied the spray to her 2-year-old, 9-pound, female Maine Coon mixed breed cat and within 24 hours the cat became lethargic and stopped eating. One day before the day of initial contact, the reporter stated the cat died. The reporter was advised this is not an expected reaction to normal product use. No additional information is available.
