1-52254387 - The reporter, a physician, indicated a patient was exposed to an insecticide containing the active ingredient permethrin. One week before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated a child was exposed upon re-entry to her home after the product had been sprayed. An unknown amount of time later, the child developed shortness of breath and other unspecified respiratory symptoms. The symptoms resolved an unknown amount of time later. No additional information is available.
