05/22/2017: Caller stated that his wife was treating around their house and the wind blew Wilson Ant Killer Dust all over her. She has not showered since the exposure and is symptomatic at the time of the call. GH, Sulfa, SX, TOE: 6hrs ago O: vomiting 6 8xs A: Acute Adult, Inhalation/Dermal exposure to Wilson Ant Killer Dust, SX. TOE: 6hrs ago R: If you had called at the time of the initial exposure I would have told you to: Ventilate indoor areas, fresh air for 30 60 minutes. If symptoms persist, inhale steam from shower. If difficulty breathing, persistent cough, or prolonged symptoms occur, seek medical attention Given your symptoms I think you should seek medical attention. PC to follow up 1day. 05/23/2017: Call placed to number provided. Husband stated the patient refused to seek medical attention, but SX have resolved as of this morning.
