4/9/2017 A dog owner reported that two of his puppies ingested loose bait blocks from the package some time over the past 2-3 days. One puppy had seizures and died on 4/8/17. The other remained asymptomatic at the time of the report. Immediate veterinary care was recommended. No further information was received following the initial report.
