1-47084511 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated his dog may have been exposed to a rodenticide containing the active ingredient diphacinone (present in free form or as sodium salt). On the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated his female, Chihuahua dog of unknown age and weight, might have eaten an unknown amount of the product in the last 48 hours. The dog had died suddenly on the day of initial contact. The reporter was advised that this can be the old symptom to an exposure to the product and offered sympathies. No additional information is available.
