1-48664519 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated her cat was exposed to an insecticidal spot-on product containing the active ingredients etofenprox and (S)-methoprene. Six days before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated she applied the product to her 5-year-old, 8-pound, male cat of unknown breed. Five days before the day of initial contact, the cat developed lethargy and anorexia. One day before the day of initial contact, the reporter indicated the cat had several seizures and died. Necropsy was discussed with the reporter, but she declined. No follow-up was done. No additional information is available.
