The reported incident identified by the claimant is being reviewed by Monsanto to better understand possible contributing factors, including, but not limited to, environmental stress, agronomic practices/conditiions and variance from the current label/approved uses. The results of continuing proactive effort by Monsanto will be to enhance communications and training and, if appropriate, review/amend application requirements for Canadian farmers utilizing the technology. It is expected that as growers and applicators become more familiar with this new technology and use, incidents will decrease in frequency and match that of other historical uses and introductions of herbicide tolerant technology within in cropping systems.
