(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms
11/1/2016 8:28:23 AM A pet owner called to report that his cat carried a dead mouse over to him about 2 hours ago and he is suspecting that the mouse was poisoned by the Tomcat Mouse Killer I. It does not appear as though the cat killed the mouse and there are no teeth marks in the mouse to indicate ingestion or exposure to the mouses internal organs. The caller also mentioned that last week a stray cat got into his garage and was locked in there for at least a workday. When the owner returned home, he found a torn open the bag of product and pieces and crumbs of the product spilled. The stray cat was found dead in the enclosed garage. Caller inquiring if his cat touching the mouse is a concern and if there is a rodenticide he should be using instead of this one that is more safe for his cat.
