10/29/2016 11:28:45 AM A woman called to report an adverse event on behalf of her adult son. She stated that, last week, her son's 3 year old, 10 pound cat was twice seen playing with mice that may have been poisoned by the product. She remarked that, to the best of her knowledge, the cat did not eat the mice, but she does not live with the cat and is only reporting only what her son told her. For the past 24 hours the cat has been hiding under a bed and vomiting. During the course of the phone call, her son notified her that the cat had died at his home.
