On August 9, 2016 the cat developed hypersalivation. The owner then contacted the company. The company assistant stated hypersalivation can occur after topical application of any flea and tick product. The company assistant also stated symptoms expected to be mild and self-limiting. The owner noted an attempt to give the cat milk was made, but the cat wouldn't drink it. By the end of the call with the company assistant the cat's hypersalivation had ended and the cat had fully recovered.
