On November 24, 2015 the dog began vomiting. On November 29, 2015 the dog developed dermal hypersensitivity, so the owner bathed the dog. On December 2, 2015 the company received an email from the owner. The owner was encouraged to contact the Animal Product Safety Service (APSS) for treatment recommendations, but no contact was made to APSS. The company veterinarian stated some animals are more sensitive to these products and may develop hair loss at the site of application or dermal irritation.
