7/1/2016 Caller was in a building where product was being used indoors on 6/23/2016 and 6/30/2016. Caller experienced soreness in her chest, congestion, sore throat, and dry cough that continues to persist since the first exposure. Caller went to her doctor yesterday who prescribed and antibiotic. 7/7/2016 Attempted call back to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. 7/7/2016 Caller is returning the previous message.. Caller is feeling a lot better, and symptoms resolved with treatment prescribed.
