On June 1, 2016, Neighbor claimed that she and her husband were outside and were exposed to spray drift from their neighbor who was apply a mixture of Roundup and Pardner to his field. She stated that the sprayer was 15 ft from the fence line and the drift blew into her yard. She claimed that the spray booms were at least 4 ft off the ground.
