On 12-Nov-2015, a 20 year old man, in unknown condition, with no known concomitant medical conditions, was exposed to an unknown amount of Advantage (non - US Registered Product) (Imidacloprid) when he drew up the product in a needle then poked himself with the needle on the web on his hand between the thumb and index finger.

Immediately post exposure, the individual washed his hand. On 13-Nov-2015, the individual had epistaxis. He was not evaluated by a physician and the clinical sign continued.
