5/22/2015 Caller reports that he got product on his hand about 30 minutes ago. He noticed that the skin on his hand turned white. He also felt a tingling sensation at his fingertips which has since resolved. He tried removing the white coloration with paint thinner and an abrasive hand cleaner. He notes that his hand is now not as white.
