(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms

Owner bathe the pet onto the onset of adverse reaction. Following to this, symptoms did not regress and began to medicate the pet with diphenhydramine, aspirin and topical application of vitamin E. Which gave no relief to the pet. The animal was brought the the clinic of the attending veterinarian. Treatment involved injection of a pain-reliever and bandage the affected area to prevent further scratching and worsening of the area.
