Approximately 12 hours post application, the cat became hyperactive. On 11Mar2015, the cat was reluctant to move, anorexic, and adipsic. On 12Mar2015, the cat was examined by a veterinarian; blood work was performed and within normal limits. The cat was bathed and received an unknown amount of fluid therapy by an unknown route. On 14Mar2015, the cat was taken back to the veterinary clinic as signs were not improved, no further treatments were performed. The cat was taken home and approximately 4 hours later the cat vomited once and passed away. A necropsy was not performed. No further information expected. Case closed.
