1-37815581 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated that her dog was exposed to an herbicide containing the active ingredients 2,4-D, mecoprop-p and dicamba. The reporter no longer had the product packaging and could not provide the product barcode number or registration number. From memory the reporter provided the partial name of Killex. The product was applied to the reporters lawn two weeks prior to initial contact with the registrant and 15 minutes prior to the reporters initial call her dog ate some grass and then vomited one time. The reporter was advised that the product has a wide margin of safety and symptoms are not expected two weeks after product application. There are numerous possible causes for vomiting and veterinary care was recommended for any severe or persistent symptoms. No further information is available.
