A fixed wing aerial applicator was hired to apply Grazon at 2.8 L/ac onto a pasture. The neighbouring land owner is alleging drift of Grazon onto his adjacent mixed alfalfa/grass hay field. Approximately 86ac have been affected. It is unknown if the product was used according to the label instructions.
