Applied 1 tube 1mL topically per directions between cat's shoulder blades. Cat's back began twitching and he turned his head to try and reach the area but was unable. Four hours later he was salivating heavily and running around to apparently escape from the saliva. Noted the area to which the solution had been applied was red. Rushed the cat to the tub and used ivory soap and water to thoroughly clean affected area. Cat recovered and exhibited no other adverse reactions except red patch on skin at application site.
