6/28/2007Caller is calling for a farmer that was exposed to diluted product yesterday. Farmer was sprayed with diluted product yesterday, but events regarding exposure are unknown. Farmer showered after being sprayed. Today farmer is feeling fatigue, nausea, and dizziness. 7/3/2007Call back made for follow up information. Caller visited farmer later in the day of 6/28/2007, and symptoms had resolved with no further treatment.
